Bungie has acknowledged the growing problem of cheaters in its new game Marathon, stating a zero-tolerance policy and promising ongoing improvements to anti-cheat measures. The developer confirmed that bans are actively being issued and that telemetry and detection methods are being expanded to better combat cheating, drawing on their experience with Destiny 2. Bungie also plans to enhance the in-game reporting system to notify players when their reports lead to action.
