Capcom pushes forward Onimusha: Way of the Sword release date just days after devs stated they're not afraid of September's busy schedule

Capcom has moved up the release date for Onimusha: Way of the Sword to September 4th, three weeks earlier than originally planned. This change affects all platforms including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The decision comes shortly after producer Akihito Kadowaki commented on the game's release within a busy September period, and ahead of the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 launch in November.
