Deus Ex: Human Revolution could've had a track from the original game's composer but it was rejected for not being the 'right fit,' and in hindsight he says they were right

Deus Ex composer Alexander Brandon revealed that a track he composed for Deus Ex: Human Revolution was rejected by Eidos Montreal because it wasn't considered the 'right fit.' Brandon, who also discussed not being able to score Deus Ex: The Fall, ultimately agrees with the decision in hindsight, acknowledging Michael McCann's great work on Human Revolution.
