Dragon Ball and Digimon producer Toei announces Toei Games, focusing on new IPs first

Toei Company, known for anime like Dragon Ball and Digimon, has launched Toei Games. The new publisher will focus on creating entirely new intellectual properties from scratch, rather than using existing franchises. Initial releases will be on PC via Steam, with console versions to follow.
