Capcom has announced Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, a major expansion for its RPG, set to launch on October 8, 2026. Development began six months after the base game's release in response to passionate player feedback requesting more content. Director Kento Kinoshita stated the expansion will feature a new area, a loot-based gameplay cycle similar to the original Dark Arisen, and a deep, mysterious story.
