Director Sébastien Vaniček revealed that a scene in the upcoming horror film Evil Dead Burn was too violent to receive an R-rating and had to be cut. While the theatrical version will still contain significant gore, Vaniček plans to release a more brutal director's cut at a later date. The film follows a grieving woman who encounters Deadites at her in-laws' home.
