Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of Final Fantasy, has responded to fan backlash regarding an AI-generated mock-up of Final Fantasy 6. He stated that his initial positive reaction was instinctual and acknowledged that while the technology may not be perfect now, it holds future potential. Sakaguchi also shared that he recently experimented with animating concept art from Lost Odyssey.
