Final Fantasy VII Trilogy Director Says Part 3's Development Is "On Time And On Schedule"
Square Enix director Naoki Hamaguchi stated that development for the third part of the Final Fantasy VII saga is proceeding on time and on schedule, with preparations for an official announcement underway. The game is expected to be released in 2027, aligning with the original PlayStation title's 30th anniversary. A Nintendo Switch 2 version is also being developed alongside other platforms.
