God Of War TV Show Has Found Its New Kratos, And It’s Dave Bautista
Dave Bautista has been cast as Kratos in Prime Video's God of War television series, replacing Ryan Hurst due to an injury. Bautista, a former WWE star known for his physicality and acting roles like Drax the Destroyer, is expected to bulk up for the part. The series is planned for two seasons, with a new game, God of War Laufey, set to release on PlayStation 5 in February 2027.
