IO Interactive Washes Its Hands of MindsEye After Disastrous PS5 Launch
IO Interactive has ended its publishing relationship with Build a Rocket Boy, transferring all publishing rights for the game MindsEye back to the developer as of March 16, 2026. The planned Hitman/MindsEye crossover mission has also been cancelled. Build a Rocket Boy has recently undergone layoffs, and its CEO has suggested the game's launch was targeted.
