Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is still in development, according to Shawn Kittelsen, senior vice president at Paramount Games. Despite delays and a merger, the game is playable and being developed by a small team aiming for AAA quality with a sustainable model. A potential release is not expected until 2027 at the earliest.
