Alix Wilton Regan, the new voice actress for Lara Croft in Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, revealed that her auditions were heavily influenced by scenes from the 2001 film starring Angelina Jolie. Crystal Dynamics aimed to capture Jolie's charisma and confidence for the new era of the franchise. The game is set to release on February 27, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
