Live-action adaptation of Chainsaw Man creator's Look Back will escape Japanese cinemas and come to the west
A live-action adaptation of Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga 'Look Back,' the creator of 'Chainsaw Man,' is heading to cinemas. GKIDS has acquired distribution rights for the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, with a western theatrical release planned after its 2026 Japanese debut. Director Hirokazu Kore-eda expressed his strong desire to adapt the work after reading it.
