Microsoft has announced that a limited number of Xbox controllers shipped since December have been missing batteries. The company is offering free rechargeable battery packs to affected customers through a dedicated support page. This issue affects controllers for Xbox Series X and other Xbox platforms, which have historically used AA batteries.
