Modern Warfare 4 is sending us to North Korea, but its new bullet tech is perhaps its best bit
Infinity Ward has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be released on October 23, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X, with a Nintendo Switch version also planned. The game will feature a campaign set in the Korean Peninsula and introduces new weapon mechanics, including a revamped bullet bloom system called Ballistic Authority, aimed at improving player feel in multiplayer.
