The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is celebrating its 24th anniversary. A new mod called 'Death and Taxes' for the OpenMW engine reimplementation adds over 100 new quests to the game, expanding the joinable Imperial Offices of Census and Excise faction. The mod requires the base game, its DLCs, and several other fan-made components.
