Sony has launched its new Playerbase initiative, seeking "biggest fans" to have their likeness scanned for in-game appearances, starting with Gran Turismo 7. Selected participants will be invited to a Los Angeles studio for facial scanning, with one winner appearing as a character portrait and receiving a custom vehicle livery.
