Players have discovered a character in Baldur's Gate 3's title screen that bears a striking resemblance to Geoff Keighley, host of The Game Awards and Summer Game Fest. Keighley himself acknowledged the resemblance, while Larian Studios humorously referred to the NPC as 'John Larian'.
