Nintendo has announced a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo Switch 2, scheduled for release in 2026. This marks the second remake of the classic action-RPG, which originally launched on the Nintendo 64 in 1998. A first trailer showcasing Link's appearance was revealed during the June 2026 Nintendo Direct presentation.
