'There's a Finished Version of Gears of War PS5 Sitting on a Drive': New Game E-Day Was Almost Done
A nearly finished version of Gears of War: E-Day for PlayStation 5 was recently cancelled by Microsoft, despite a PEGI rating and retailer listings suggesting otherwise. Journalist Jeff Grubb reported that the build is complete and was likely scrapped within the last few weeks. This marks the second time a Gears of War title has been cancelled for a PlayStation platform, following a PS3 build of Gears of War 3.
