Thief gets a mini-remaster ahead of its actual Nightdive remaster, courtesy of the GOG Preservation Program
GOG is adding Thief Gold to its Preservation Program, offering a mini-remaster with updated graphics, audio, controls, and gamepad support via the NewDark engine. This initiative ensures the classic 1998 stealth game remains playable on modern systems. Nightdive Studios is also working on a full remaster of the game.
