Bethesda has confirmed long-term plans to support Starfield with new content, including the upcoming Terran Armada story DLC and the Free Lanes update. The studio also officially announced a PlayStation 5 release for the game. Executives Tim Lamb and Todd Howard indicated that this support will extend for years, with more expansions beyond Shattered Space already planned.
