Witcher 3 modders are restoring the RPG's massive cut plague questline, just in case CD Projekt's Songs of the Past expansion isn't enough extra Geralt

A modding team known as The WAR Project is recreating a massive cut questline from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that focused on a plague and involved characters like Geralt, Iorveth, and Vincent Meis. Led by MerseyRockoff, the mod aims to restore the content that CD Projekt Red originally cut, with a demo featuring four quests already available. The final release is planned for 2027 and is expected to rival a full expansion in length.
