Cinemaware's 1986 classic 'Defender of the Crown' is receiving a modernized remaster for PC and PlayStation 5, developed by Black Tower Basement and published by Nordcurrent Labs. The remaster will feature a 'Retro Mode' preserving the original Amiga experience, a 'Classic Mode' reimagined for today with refined mechanics and visuals, and an entirely new 'Kingdom Mode' with procedurally generated maps and unlockable abilities.
