Playground Games' Fable reboot has been delayed to February 2027, a decision that initially disappointed developers aiming for a 2026 release. Studio GM Ralph Fulton stated that the delay allows the game to avoid competing with the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 and secure a less contested release window.
