Embracer Group has indicated that the next Kingdom Come game from Warhorse Studios is expected to launch before the end of its fiscal year 2028, meaning before April 2028. This new entry in the historical open-world RPG series is anticipated to have a shorter development gap compared to the seven years it took for Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Warhorse Studios is also reportedly working on a separate The Lord of the Rings RPG.
