One of my favourite weeks of the year is here: Summer Games Done Quick 2026 begins and anyone with a passing interest in games should dip in

Summer Games Done Quick 2026, a week-long speedrunning event featuring at least 69 games, runs from July 5th to July 12th. The event, which benefits Doctors Without Borders, will showcase speedruns of titles including Elden Ring, Super Mario Odyssey, and Hollow Knight: Silksong, with developer Andrew Shouldice attending for a Tunic run. Streams are available on Twitch and YouTube.
