Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, director of The Blood of Dawnwalker, stated that the game was created by a team with a deep love for RPGs and that ambitious goals are necessary to create unique experiences in a saturated genre. He praised Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 for its innovative approach to the genre. The Blood of Dawnwalker is set to release on September 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
