This update introduces new biome variants, items, mechanics, and secrets, while also focusing on the development of console versions which will feature cross-platform multiplayer. The developers have stated that while major content updates are ceasing, bug fixes and maintenance will continue, and they are not aiming for PEAK to become a 'forever game'.
