People Can Fly has acquired Texas-based publisher Cooldown Games, which was founded by former Gearbox Publishing veterans. This acquisition establishes a dedicated publishing vertical for People Can Fly, allowing them to internalize their go-to-market strategy and pursue third-party publishing agreements.
