Square Enix explains how it came up with the name for Final Fantasy 7 Revelation
Square Enix director Naoki Hamaguchi explained that Tetsuya Nomura chose the name 'Revelation' for the upcoming Final Fantasy 7 game because it is an easily understood word that signifies the end of the story and the truths that will be revealed. The game, which concludes the Final Fantasy 7 Remake series trilogy, is set to launch on Nintendo Switch next spring.
