GSC Game World has refuted claims made by its former founder, Sergiy Grygorovych, that Xbox paid more than the development cost for Stalker 2's exclusivity. The studio stated that Grygorovych was not involved in the negotiations and his comments do not reflect the actual facts, with the majority of the budget funded by current owner Max Krippa.
