Resident Evil Veronica team is adjusting the original's story so its remake fits better into the series as a whole
Capcom is making story adjustments to the upcoming Resident Evil Veronica remake to better integrate it into the series' overarching narrative. Producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi stated that the team aims to ensure players feel the connections to newer entries like Resident Evil 7 and Village. The remake will feature a traditional third-person perspective, and the 'Code' has been dropped from the title.
