Final Fantasy 7 Revelation director personally vetoed having to unlock new jobs for each character throughout the game
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth director Naoki Hamaguchi personally decided to allow all party members access to all FITS jobs from the start, overriding an initial plan for individual character unlocks. This decision simplifies the job system, though unique costumes for each job and separate cosmetic skins will still be available for players to customize character appearance.
