UNKNOWN WORLDS REVEALS OVERHAULED MODULAR BASE-BUILDING SYSTEM FOR SUBNAUTICA 2
Unknown Worlds has revealed an overhauled modular base-building system for Subnautica 2, allowing for greater player creativity and expanded underwater habitat design. The new system, powered by Unreal Engine 5, introduces modular construction tools and optional four-player cooperative gameplay. Subnautica 2 is scheduled to enter Early Access on PC and Xbox Series consoles in 2026.
